Chia Parfait… I found this recipe on Pinterest :) Even though mine doesn’t look as pretty as the one from healthycancerchick.com it was really good! Plus it was very filling!
Recipe: Mix 4-5 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk (I used regular milk because that’s what I had in my fridge), 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix in the blueberries. Let sit in the fridge overnight and thicken up. Then in the morning layer with oats and walnuts (or any nut you choose). Top with bananas. The only things I would change is leaving out the oats and layering with bananas instead. I thought that the oats were just to dry to eat like that. My husband (aka my taste tester) agreed. I would make this again, it was very good and very healthy!
